You are looking at a vintage Hawkeye Quality Baskenette on Wheels. This folding bassinette is by the Burlington Basket Company, Burlington Iowa. The basket measures about 32 1/2" long x 19 1/2" across x 12 1/2" tall. Folded measurements are 19 1/2" x 35 1/4" x 15".
