Vintage Art Deco "Toilette" Copper Advertising Sign - Perfume?

Description

I have had this sign in my collection for about 20 years.
It caught my eye and I had to own it.
I am unsure of it's age, origin or use.
Perhaps you fellow collectors will know more about it's history.
It is made of heavy copper (5.4 ounces according to my scale) and measures approximately 5.25 inches in diameter.  Image is embossed into the copper and filled in with black paint.  Very cool!   It will be carefully packed and shipped via USPS priority mail.  Thanks for looking!
