This American Line Mega Top Preparation Counter from Darling Food Service's is all stainless steel interior and exterior construction for a cleaner and safer food environment. The Electro‐mechanic controller to keep food quality for longer periods of time. Designed for forced air underneath pans to keep products fresher and maintain products at 32° F to 41° F temperature in food pans and 32° F to 46° F in cabinet interior. The stainless steel tray/shelf separates the bottom of food pans from the inside of the cabinet so food does not fall inside the cabinet, making it easier to keep clean. The American Line complies with NSF7 standards for food product safety.
