The double-pane glass door on the True T-23G-HC~FGD01 single-section refrigerator helps staff members find ingredients without opening the door and releasing cold air. With a torsion closure system, this door closes by itself, and magnetic gaskets create a seal to reduce cold air leaks around the door frame. LED lights shine on the interior’s PVC-coated shelves, which adjust in

Cabinet temperatures range from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit and can be monitored on the external display. It uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, a more environmentally friendly option than traditional refrigerants. Thought it is prone to take in more dirt than top-mounted units, the bottom-mounted refrigeration system can be accessed for maintenance. The True T-23G-HC~FGD01 reach-in refrigerator has foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation and a corrosion-resistant stainless steel front that can withstand heavy use.
