The STA2HRT-2S-2S is the Spec series 2-section 68" wide roll-thru heated holding cabinet from True with 2 (1 front, 1 rear) full-height solid stainless steel doors with bolt-style door locks and cam-lift hinges, switch-activated incandescent interior lighting, and digital temperature controls.
There are 2 heavy-gauge stainless steel ramps (1 per section) provided for this roll-thru heated holding cabinet and it is designed to fit roll-in racks (inboard castors) with a maximum of 66" high x 27" wide x 29" deep (racks not included). This cabinet is designed to hold warm baked or cooked food and it is NSF-4 compliant for open food products.
The STA Spec series heated holding cabinet units feature an exterior with a stainless steel door, front, and sides, an interior with aluminum side walls and back and a stainless steel floor and ceiling.
There are 2 stainless steel finned heating elements in this reach-in heated holding cabinet that provide the generation of uniform electric heat throughout the interior and it uses low-velocity fans to distribute heat evenly and maintain temperatures between 140 to 180 degrees F. There is a manually controlled vent located on top of the heated holding cabinet for positive humidity control.
