    Powell Peralta Rat Bones 60mm 85a hardness Skateboard Wheels
    the main concern is very light scuffs on the wheels that will wear off in the first few rides
    the shrink also has flaws but not bad if you are collecting . If you are skating the wheels it wont matter. the shrink is a little loose, not tight to the wheels but its not bad
