CONDITION:
9.6 out of 10 NEAR MINT CONDITION !!
Flat - no crease - no missing parts or corner - no torn mounting holes - no stains.
Crisp and clean.
Only flaws: 3 of the 4 mounting holes show slight scraped paint. Minor stain (maybe glue spill?) at the final "S" in Massassachusetts.
