    Description

I hate the overuse of words like "RARE" or "UNUSUAL" when talking about items listed on eBay (or other venues) but in this case RARE is the only way to describe the collection of LONE STAR items I'll be listing tonight.  If you do a little research it is unusual to see more than a handful of items from this company listed on eBay at any given time.  Tonight & tomorrow I'll be listing my entire collection of LONE STAR items in several listings.  This first of three lots of rolling stock I'll be listing.
For your consideration is a lot of assorted Lone Star items including a Union Pacific power unit & dummy plus an extra "parts" power unit, two odd passenger cars, and 4 freight cars all being sold as one lot.  This is the ONLY group of Lone Star trains I'll be selling that actually has motorized engines included!  The other two lots of rolling stock will include Lone Star's earlier  "push style" engines without a motor in them.  Engines in this lot are untested because I never collected Lone Star trains to operate.  My Lone Star collection was just for display since couplers on them are unique.  Since this is my only Lone Star set with a "powered engine" I also included a couple partial packs of drive band (they are dried out but still good to estimate size of originals) and an original manual as seen in last couple pictures.
With the exception of the "parts engine" the rest of these trains basically look as good as new!  Very little if any paint loss or damage on them.  The parts engine is missing the screws that attach shell to the frame and has one broken coupler and a couple missing wheels.  Beyond that I don't know anything about it and it has been sitting for years just the way I purchased it originally!
NOTE:  If you collect LONE STAR Treble-O-Lectric TRAIN ITEMS and want more than one lot from my collection I am always more than happy to consider serious offers for more than one lot.
Always happy to combine shipping when practical!
