    This auction is for a 1999 Massachusetts Souvenir License Plate.
    It is an ALPCA license plate - Automobile License Plate Collectors Assn. - for the Colonial Region Fall Meet which was held in Amherst on November 5 and 6, 1999.

    It is
    over three years old as per ebay's rules and expired in 1999 though it was never valid for use on the roads.
    Buyer to add .75 First Class Mail shipping with the plate wrapped in a liner and then in cardboard. Priority Mail Legal Flat Rate Envelope is also available if desired at .25 with the same liner and protective cardboard inserts. The Priority Mail shipping will include insurance.
