Plates are in all original condition. Scattered weathering and surface rust as pictured.
These plates are returnable within 60 days for a 100% refund including shipping if the MA RMV rejects these plates for Year-of-Manufacture registration. You will just need to send me documentation of the rejection by the RMV.
Plate history and additional details on the condition:
These plates are from a local estate. They were attached to the wall of the garage. Both plates were nailed to the wall of the garage, one plate over the other. The plate in the front became weathered and accumulated surface rust as pictured. The plate in the back retained the original paint as pictured. The back of all the plates retained the nice original paint.
These License Plates are expired over three years and conforms to all eBay policies.
